Reviews or Testimonials?
Most of us have left feedback via Trip Advisor, Trivago or perhaps Google after visiting a hotel or restaurant. Reviews are a forum for the public to detail their experiences whether positive or negative. The company cannot alter or delete poor reviews. They can only respond and offer to rectify problems. Reviews are usually hosted on independent sites, where the company being reviewed can respond to comments, but not decide which reviews are shown.
Testimonials, on the other hand, are usually controlled by the company who can control, edit, delete, ignore or decide not to use it. For this reason, we choose the former method via Facebook or Google where the review in its original form is visible to all. In this way, you can check the legitimacy of all of our reviews and see that they have been left by genuinely delighted clients.

These guys are just brilliant, fun and friendly, great knowledge and a vast amount of lenders. Ian got us a mortgage where we couldn’t get one previously, we ended up with a better deal later on also with a great rate with a High Street lender. The ladies are very friendly and professional and make sure everything is dealt with promptly. If you need a mortgage this team is where you need to go.

From the initial meeting where I explained my circumstances and how I got to be in the position I was I never felt I was being judged and they genuinely seemed to want to help and improve my circumstances. Ian found me the best deal on the market and after around 8-10 weeks including Christmas & New Year, I have completed. No question was ever a bother for them to answer and I regularly nipped into the office for help with the paperwork. The application appointment itself was very easy and our mortgage was approved by NatWest in just four working days.
